Core Medicine Cultivation

embodied continuing edu. for hands-on practitioners

August 16, 2026

Pittsburgh, PA

Core Medicine Cultivation is a 1-day immersion for bodyworkers & acupuncturists who want to:

  • Expand your ability to sense and track what's happening in your receiver's nervous system.

  • Culti

  • Deepen your ability to tend trauma & accompany emotional unwinding as it arises.

  • Court the unique medicine asking to evolve through your practice.

Clinical skills are awesome, but they aren't our true medicine.

Our true medicine is completely unique to each of us; it’s a dynamic current that evolves through our work to help shape what is possible within humanity.

In this course, we center THAT current.

We attune to the nervous system as the primary barometer and guide to treatment.

We orient towards qi dynamics of the central axis of qi. (More on this in a second!)

And we follow what emerges, through group somatic practice, discussion, and bodywork exploration sessions.

Our central axis of qi is known as the Great Chong Mai in Chinese Medicine.

This is the original channel system from which all other channels are formed.
It is the container of our nervous system and our life curriculum.

And it’s a powerful pathway through which we can tend trauma and connect directly to the wisdom of the Earth and realms of the unseen.

Core Medicine Cultivation is a container for the evolution of our work.

Here we:

• Study our original breath pathway through the central axis of qi (aka the Great Chong Mai in Chinese Medicine)

• Practice nervous system tracking through discernment of tissue states + qi dynamics

• Identify + follow nervous system consent as the primary guide for treatment.

• Explore a spectrum of manual techniques to court relationship with emotional, ancestral, and spirit-level aspects of being

• Sense Heart-Root communication as reflected through soft tissue + bone

Advance listening skills through contact with the abdomen, chest, throat, jaw + pelvis

• Expand pathways for anchored transformation via manual techniques for sacrum, coccyx + ischium

• Harness the original breath pathway + anchor through YOUR central axis of qi as you work

About your guide

I’m Muse, aka Jen Aliz Lokajickova, L.Ac., she/her

I’ve long held there’s a difference between being a practitioner and being a medicine carrier. Anyone can go through a training program and apply the tools they learned in practice — and there is indeed value in that!

But it’s a whole other thing to work in service of deep, sustainable transformation that liberates and nourishes our soul’s purpose. When this is our compass, we have access to so much more than the technical skills we’re trained in.

I’m so honored to support you in studying YOUR true medicine; that which spontaneously and even inexplicably moves through you and reaches far beyond physical health to feed wellness, even in illness, even in the great uncertainty of this time, even in death.
